I’m sorry you’re experiencing poor performance, but I’m glad you found a way to make it work.
I’m not sure why it world work only when launching from desktop. This one is a new to me.
If the low performance is somehow related to the loading issues you mentioned previously, then re-installing MasterpieceVR might resolve the issue.
Other than that, I’m afraid there’s not much we can do about how MasterpieceVR performs on your computer. It does seem like your graphics card should run fine. If it’s too choppy for you, you can try to get a refund through Steam. If that’s not an option, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to this page, and we can look into refunding you the amount you paid for MasterpieceVR.
If you would like us to take a closer look at you computer specs, then you can email us your info. You can get this info by pressing the Windows key, and then typing “dxdiag”, and then pressing enter. In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool you can click “Save All Information…” at the bottom to save your info as a text file.
